Babylon.js 9.0 Introduces Animation Retargeting and WebGPU Volumetric Lighting

Microsoft and the Babylon.js team released Babylon.js 9.0, introducing an automated skeleton animation retargeting system that mathematically remaps animation clips across differing character bone proportions, alongside WebGPU compute-shader volumetric lighting and clustered lighting.
